Kids Canvas Wall Art Project

Follow my blog with Bloglovin Hello there, I  am sharing an easy craft idea you can get  your kids  do.  Well, for this one...First go looking for somethings around the house or dig into your craft box. Look for some buttons , craft sticks, pompoms, puzzle pieces , gift wrapping paper,  coloured A4 sheets, pasta shapes, foam shapes, sequins   . Let your kids come up with their own design. My kids love to try art work on canvas as they have been  watching me create wall arts and so on.  This is what my 7 year old came up with.  She just wanted stick with  the craft sticks and the wooden buttons.    She used PVA glue. Glued the craft sticks  onto a small canvas using a paint brush  and created a little log cabin. My 5 year old created a button monogram. This is an easy craft project to do in the weekend and i am sure your kids are  going to love this ! Thanks for visiting and please don't forget to leave a comment!

Hands On Maths- Early Learning Part 2

Early Learning..... A step step by step guide to have fun with numbers.. As a parent I know just how important it is to  help your child in their education. But  before they go on to enjoy deeper mathematics I used these simple Hands on Math activities at home with kids. Plastic milk bottle caps are great to create  hands on activities....All you need is to collect some bottle caps and write the  numerals on each  bottle cap using a Sharpie . Or you can make it extra colorful with these craft foam numbers stuck on milk caps. Practice placing  the numbers in correct order Jumble the numbers and practice with your child arranging the numbers  in correct order . Try horizontally and then vertically . Increase the skill level as he masters..  Arrange the numbers in a scending and descending order.  I used this little plate, just to place the missing number .  Practice what comes before   Practice what comes after

Hands On Maths-Early Learning 1

Playing With Numbers Hands on activities are great way to teach your kids . Kids learn better while having fun. Here is a basic activity which i  have been with  with my toddler to help him learn the numbers. You could try this with your toddler if you think he is ready to..mum knows  best. I thought my little one is ready to go ahead as he was pointing at the number wall stickers in our  bedroom. And picture books from the library with math concepts , sparked his interest  with numbers. . I used my collection of bottle cap numbers....  together we  play  matching numbers on his number book. To make your own plastic milk caps or bottle caps ,you can use a permanent marker to write the numerals on the bottle caps or use some craft foam numbers which is widely available in dollar stores. Have fun with this simple hands on activity if you think your child is ready! Thanks for stopping by.
