Chocolate Rose Cupcakes

Who doesn't like a chocolate cupcakes. Both young and old are sure to  enjoy a creamy chocolate cupcake.

These Rose Cup cakes are pretty and easy to do with little practice.
Practice piping roses on a white plate using 1M Wilton tip or regular rose tip.
Start piping the swirl from the center of the cake without lifting, in one go.


 For a quick delicious chocolate fix you can use a box chocolate cake mix.

Recipe for  the Cupcakes

Ingredients

1 box chocolate cake mix
1 cup butter milk instead of water 
1/2 cup vegetable oil as per box
 4 large eggs

1. Pre heat the oven to 175C.
Line the muffin tray with patty-pan cases.

2. Combine all the  ingredients in a large bowl. use the buttermilk instead of water(the recipe on the box calls for water). 

3. Beat with an electric mixer until moistened , about 30 seconds. Increase the speed to high and beat until thick, 2minutes longer.

4.Spoon the batter in to cases  two thirds full.

 Bake 15 to 20 minutes (for standard size cup cakes) . Insert a toothpick in the center, check for it comes out clean.

Remove  the cup cakes from the baking pan, place in a wire rack and allow it to cool completely.

My good old basic Chocolate Icinig
.








75g butter
2225g icing sugar
1tbsp of milk 
1 tbsp of coca powder  blended with 2 tbsp of hot water and let it cool

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl  and beat together until well mixed.

School Project:THE FOUR SEASONS

  THE FOUR SEASONS Diorama Here 's how we went about doing our school project; the four seasons. YOU WILL NEED: A sturdy board for the base . Styrofoam  Brown paper /bag Coloured paper Cotton wool PVA Glue Glue gun Some paint B egin by fixing the Styrofoam on the sturdy board.  Use your glue gun to glue it  in place. Paint the backgrounds; Spring -green, Autumn -yellow brown and orange , Summer- yellow and blue.,winter we left it white/ silver. We used the brown paper to make the trees. Cut out flowers and leaves out of colored paper. We glued the trees, leaves flowers and cotton balls-use your glue gun for this. SPRING AUTUMN WINTER Cut out few slits to form branches twist the slits... Finally,  glue the Arctic Hare in each season and show how they adopt to each season!.
